2. The Contract Between Us

  • Order Placement: When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy.

  • Acceptance: A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel your order before this point due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or failed payment authorization.

3. Products & Pricing

  • Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our sportswear accurately. However, your device's display may vary slightly from the actual product.

  • Pricing: All prices are shown in GBP (£). If we discover a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you. We are not obligated to provide goods at an incorrectly lower price.

4. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items.

  • To cancel, you must inform us at sales@thefanrest.com.

  • You must return the items within 14 days of cancellation.

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

5. Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a statutory right to a refund, repair, or replacement if your goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

  • Within 30 Days: You are entitled to a full refund.

  • After 30 Days: We may offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide sportswear for domestic and private use only. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, or business interruption if you use our products for commercial or re-sale purposes. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for personal injury or fraud.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
