1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship FREE to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland.
2. Shipping Times & Costs
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
3. International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to the EU and USA. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes incurred at the destination.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order through your account dashboard on thefancrest.com.
5. Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your delivery, our couriers (e.g., Royal Mail / DPD) will typically leave a card or attempt redelivery the following day. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk of the goods remains with us until they are in your physical possession.
6. Statutory Rights
Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your goods within 30 days of your order. If we fail to do so, you have the right to cancel for a full refund.
